PRICING

We believe in transparency and want to provide you with the necessary information to make informed decisions about your mental health journey. Pricing for sessions varies based on clinician and service. To discuss specific pricing details for our services, please reach out to us directly.  We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have and provide further clarity based on your unique situation.

Individual Therapy Sessions

Initial Assessment Session (75 minutes):
Dr. Tim Barron: $150-$300 per session
Associate Clinicians: $200

Follow-up Sessions (50-60 minutes):
Dr. Tim Barron: $250 per session
Associate Clinicians $150 per session

Couples Counseling

Initial Assessment Session (75-90 minutes):
Dr. Tim Barron : $250- $350
Associate Clinician: $250 per session
Follow-up Sessions (60 minutes):
Dr. Tim Barron
90-Day Couples Program: $2,500 (Can be paid in three installments of $850)
Associate Clinican 90-Day Couples program $1,700 (Can be paid in 3 installments of $600)
We accept HSA and Flex accounts. We can also assist you in submitting to your insurance for your reimbursement of out of network benefits.

Payment Details

We accept cash, check, credit cards, HSA (Health Savings Account, and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) payments. 

Insurance Information

We do not accept insurance at this time.  However, we have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.

Getting Started

First, decide which service you need. We offer a range of therapies, including Adult Therapy for Mood Disorders, Couples Counseling, and more. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.

Intake Appointment

For new clients, we typically schedule a 30-minute phone intake appointment. This step is crucial for us to understand your situation better and ensure that we match you with the right therapy service. During the intake we will traditionally schedule the first in office appointment.”

Assessment

The assessment is to identify the issues that have brought you to counseling, assess the related challenges in your life, and to identify specific immeasurable goals while creating a clear path forward in timeline in order to live a more integrated and healthy life.
