Jill Gaines

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives and relationships. My goal is to provide a supportive and compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, neurodiversity-related challenges, depression, grief, trauma, and codependency. Together, we explore the patterns and experiences that may be creating obstacles in your life while developing practical coping strategies, emotional insight, and healthier ways of responding to stress and life transitions.

I am also passionate about working with couples who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and rebuild connection. I am trained in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach to couples counseling that helps partners better understand one another, manage conflict more effectively, and deepen emotional intimacy. Whether you are navigating ongoing relationship struggles or simply want to strengthen your partnership, couples therapy can help you develop the tools needed for a healthier and more resilient relationship.

I believe that processing our experiences, thoughts, and emotions with compassion and the support of a trusted counselor can lead to meaningful change. My approach focuses on helping clients develop emotional awareness, healthy coping skills, and stronger relationships, while encouraging growth in mind, body, and spirit.

If you are looking for therapy for anxiety, ADHD support, trauma recovery, or couples counseling using the Gottman Method, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can take meaningful steps toward a happier, healthier, and more resilient life.
